Step Three: Personalized Assessment

Once you have chosen the perfect program we will conduct a personal evaluation to better understand the unique client that you are.  Knowing where you are going is dependent on knowing where you are starting from, and also where you have come from. Your detailed evaluation will identify your current fitness level by assessing your:

  • Flexibility
  • Muscular strength and endurance
  • Body fat composition
  • Range of motion
  • Cardio-respiratory fitness level
  • Stress profile
  • Leisure profile
  • Work and Life schedule
